A dear friend’s mom was almost killed by her husband of over 60 years. He woke up one night and didn’t recognize his wife. She had to call the police because he was choking her to death. He was put in elderly care.
My mom volunteered in an adult daycare center and was routinely roughed up by the clients. One woman accused Mama of stealing her purse. She stole my mom’s!! Working in retail stores with the elderly is very challenging. Some are so sweet and they want to monopolize your time. Some are so ornery that come in the stores looking for a fight. I do feel sorry for some them because they are alone and lonely. However, physical abuse should never be tolerated. Some of these old people are strong!!

Ive got two adult brothers that live at home with my mother, they fight all the time over everything. She calls me, i try to sort things out, tell them to leave the house and leave her alone because they’re abusive. Before long she will call them back because “they are her sons” and she cant see them without somewhere to stay. After my one of my brothers beat my daughter black and blue ive never stepped back into that house and we now mind our peaceful business. That guy reminds me of my sister. She moved back home for almost 10 years and started shooting up drugs, got arrested twice. Then she told everyone she was there to take care of mom and dad. Then when they both passed she guilt tripped everyone saying no one was there for them.

I know from experience I lived with a brother who did the same thing with my mom who’s now deceased. For those of you feeling sorry for the second lady, please don’t. Some elderly people are mean and abusive. Those with dementia become very combative. A dear friend’s mom was almost killed by her husband of over 60 years. He woke up one night and didn’t recognize his wife. She had to call the police because he was choking her to death. He was put in elderly care.
My mom volunteered in an adult daycare center and was routinely roughed up by the clients. One woman accused Mama of stealing her purse. She stole my mom’s!! Working in retail stores with the elderly is very challenging. Some are so sweet and they want to monopolize your time. Some are so ornery that come in the stores looking for a fight. I do feel sorry for some them because they are alone and lonely. However, physical abuse should never be tolerated. Some of these old people are strong!!
Ladies, this is why you stop having children out of wedlock. This is why you stop allowing your children to live at home when they are adult’s. This is why you stop babying your sons.

Everybody’s feeling sorry for the elderly lady but remember she’s the one who created this monster. I know from experience I lived with a brother who did the same thing with my mom who’s now deceased. I tried many times to get him out of the house but every time I did and it came down to the final moment she would turn on me. Just like this lady turned on those cops when they started to take him to jail.
The only way to save her is to move her far away, speaking from experience I had an aunt who should be studied regarding her mental illnesses and would harass my elderly grandparents like this, it took moving them from OKC to Dallas TX and she couldn’t easily reach them to abuse them like this and were able to spend their remaining time on this earth in peace which they earned after being salt of the earth people. Stop being chaos around children and the elderly I don’t care how badly you think you’re a victim guess what everybody has a sad story and life is hard.

I think there’s more to this story…Pay attention to what the man was saying earlier in the video.
I think the man was trying to say that he has his own place and someone who DOES stay there, who is responsible for caring for his mother (maybe another sibling), isn’t doing what they are supposed to do (which is why he had to come over there in this instance).
Mom is in the verge of dementia and is rambling….which doesn’t help the situation either.
If this man could have better articulated himself…. This issue could have probably been handled differently.
