I think the officer arrested him way too quick. First of all the lady demonstrated where she was pushed down on the couch at. Then the officer spots a tiny hole in the wall that does not look like something your head would make Plus that lady has a head full of thick hair so that’s cushion and there’s no way her head made that tiny hole the size of somebody’s finger tip. And then the police cannot be held liable for any violations of constitutional rights because it only takes a police officer to say that they smell weed or alcohol to get around violations of constitutional rights because by the police officers saying that smell something before they actually investigate it gives them probable cause to do whatever they want to do and they cover their asses from any lawsuit brought against them. Even if you have not been drinking or smoking weed. The officers are found justified. As long as they say that they smell something before they investigate a possible crime. This cop just didn’t believe anything that this guy was saying. Everything the guy was saying could of been true. But this tyrant cop didn’t want to here anything that the guy was saying. He only heard what the girlfriend said and said that I believe her and not what her boyfriend is saying. And for the tyrant cop to sit there and tell the boyfriend that I know you did it. And I’m going to take you to jail for it. Even though the story that you have told me about what happened with the dent in the wall and the computer being broken could very well be the truth that it happened that way. The husband was wrong and needs to go to jail, but the cop should be at minumum fired. Cop went into angry gear when accused of hating white people. This was one of the worse law enforcement investigations I’ve seen. So many questions not asked. Not addressing what happens next with the female and steps she can take to ensure this or anything worse doesn’t happen in the future. Sure, there can be humor found in this interaction, but there is clear present and future danger for this family that should have been addressed. I feel for this family. I feel this was not handled properly by law enforcement at all, sadly.

Crazy but I kind of believe him. The daughter never said she saw anything orange yelled at her. He never went inside but his story added up that the fight started when he accidentally knocked over the computer while moving the couch in. Did he get mad and likely say some mean shit? Sure. For those blasting this guy, you don’t know anything about these two people. When I got a divorce from my wife, things got really ugly. She got really drunk and started kicking and hitting me so I called the cops. I had to run outside to make sure the cops knew I was the one getting assaulted because she was trying to say I was hitting her. Luckily, the cops believed me and not her but there were several male officers out there and she’s a very attractive female so they could’ve easily taken her side and I would’ve been screwed. Then, about a month later, we got into a fight and she started hitting and kicking me again, all I did was grab her hands and take her to the ground so she couldn’t keep hitting me but SHE CALLED the cops and said I was hitting her. There was about a 30 minute long investigation and LUCKILY, they took her to jail and not me but that could’ve gone the other way around. I didn’t see any marks on her neck, the daughter didn’t see him putting his hands on her, how do you know he did?

I think the officer arrested him way too quick. First of all the lady demonstrated where she was pushed down on the couch at. Then the officer spots a tiny hole in the wall that does not look like something your head would make Plus that lady has a head full of thick hair so that’s cushion and there’s no way her head made that tiny hole the size of somebody’s finger tip. Her head would have made a much bigger hole than that. He acts to see the back of her head and he asked her to put her hair. The lady even stated herself that she didn’t think he would be able to see anything probably because her head didn’t hit the wall that damn hard to leave or knot or bruise lol. Thennnn the officer put the man in handcuffs and arrest him and after he’s already in the back of the car he decides to take the lady BACK upstairs to make sure that’s where the whole came from. That is not how you investigate he arrested that man like he already had 100% factual proof. And this is the funny shit. This was one of the worse law enforcement investigations I’ve seen. So many questions not asked. Not addressing what happens next with the female and steps she can take to ensure this or anything worse doesn’t happen in the future. Sure, there can be humor found in this interaction, but there is clear present and future danger for this family that should have been addressed. I feel for this family. I feel this was not handled properly by law enforcement at all, sadly.

He never went inside but his story added up that the fight started when he accidentally knocked over the computer while moving the couch in. Did he get mad and likely say some mean shit? Sure. But I don’t believe he pushed her, purposely broke the computer or choked her. The daughter was right there one bathroom. She would’ve heard if he was pushing her and slamming the computer. But the daughter simply said when she came out the computer was broke and they were arguing. This cop was definitely respectful and I liked him a lot at first. But the calm cool tone became antagonistic. He didn’t have to argue with the guy. You just ignore them. He made his decision and refused to add the story up. Then he looked for anything that he can use to build that narrative. That’s evidenced by his snide remark about “I might add that too” about punching the wall.

For those blasting this guy, you don’t know anything about these two people. When I got a divorce from my wife, things got really ugly. She got really drunk and started kicking and hitting me so I called the cops. I had to run outside to make sure the cops knew I was the one getting assaulted because she was trying to say I was hitting her. Luckily, the cops believed me and not her but there were several male officers out there and she’s a very attractive female so they could’ve easily taken her side and I would’ve been screwed. Then, about a month later, we got into a fight and she started hitting and kicking me again, all I did was grab her hands and take her to the ground so she couldn’t keep hitting me but SHE CALLED the cops and said I was hitting her. There was about a 30 minute long investigation and LUCKILY, they took her to jail and not me but that could’ve gone the other way around. I didn’t see any marks on her neck, the daughter didn’t see him putting his hands on her, how do you know he did?
