I was shot when I was 20. My mother showed up to the E.R. with a gun in her car. She said that if anyone had told her that she couldn’t see me, she’d have gotten the gun and forced them to allow it. I’ve never doubted that she meant it. Fortunately, it never came to that.
I really feel for this mother! And her poor son! That crap hurts! I’ve been suffering 39 yrs. from the complications of it. May his healing be complete and his pain minimal!
