On May 6th, 2023. An off-duty officer on his way home when he saw a man and woman who seemed to be in some sort of physical altercation. It turned out that it was a domestic dispute between a mom and son. The mom said the son had been physically abusing her due to her having another man in the house along with some another issues. An officer spoke to the mom and showed him some bruises that she had sustained from the altercation. The evidence was substantial and they decided to place him under arrest, however he didn’t go down without a fight, it took about 4 officers and 2 pepper sprays to arrest him and get him in the squad car. This is the body-cam footage of the events that followed.
